HOW QUIETCOOL WORKS
QuietCool pulls in cool, fresh air from outside and expels hot, stale air out attic vents. Open a few windows anytime it's cooler outside than inside, typically in the morning & evening.
Turn your QuietCool fan on by setting the speed and timer. Your home has now been made cooler, healthier, and more comfortable. Install a new QuietCool Whole House Fan and start saving on you AC bill. |

CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE:
Most whole house fan manufacturers recommend sizing a whole house fan at 2 to 3 CFM (cubic feet of air per minute) per square foot of a living space. This recommendation is typically based on the location that your home is located in.
For example, for coastal or mountain climates, the recommendation is typically 2 CFM per square foot. For more inland climates, the recommendation is 2.5 CFM per square foot. For desert climates, the recommendation is typically 3 CFM per square foot. In the Central Valley, we recommend anywhere from 2.5 CFM to 3 CFM.
